Why So Many Churches?

 Dear reader, Have you ever asked yourself the question as to why are there so many churches today? It seems there is one on every corner here in the USA. Especially here in the South or what is called the Bible Belt a lot of churches can be found even on the same street even looking like a neighborhood of zero acre lots. Why so many? Do they all use the same Bible? Do they all discuss the same God and Jesus? I would think so but it probably comes down to how these different denominations view the Bible, but did you that it was not like this in the First Century? It is been said today that there is over 35k different denominations today and just to think it all began with just one on the Day of Pentecost.

I cannot help but wonder if this does not break the very heart of God knowing man and the ideal of following Christ has broken off into so many different groups. I believe our Heavenly Father knew this would happen and He is  not taken by surprise, Afterall he does know every thing right? But think about this, God has always had small remnant of some kind even if  that meant small and that small could be in the millions. Let me ask you, do you believe there is only one church? Do you believe your church may be the one and only? What if I can show you from the New Testament of the Bible that there indeed is one church would you believe it?
