 Hello, nice to meet you. I am Steven Mullican the author of this site THE EVANGELIST ENVELOPE.

I simply have a strong desire and a willing heart to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father and to tell the world of the goodness of God and all that he has done for me. I am a dedicated servant to God and a loving husband and Father to my children. I am not connected to any church or affiliated with any denomination just a simple person who loves God with a strong desire to share the Gospel and be a witness of the power of the Holy Ghost and the truth of the Word of God.

 Welcome to our site! You probably found an envelope, if you did WELCOME I hope you find your visit worthwhile. I normally love talking to people about Jesus and God in person but I found a way that I think is different and perhaps not to invasive. Why So Many Churches?

 Dear reader, Have you ever asked yourself the question as to why are there so many churches today? It seems there is one on every corner here in the USA. Especially here in the South or what is called the Bible Belt a lot of churches can be found even on the same street even looking like a neighborhood of zero acre lots. Why so many? Do they all use the same Bible? Do they all discuss the same God and Jesus? I would think so but it probably comes down to how these different denominations view the Bible, but did you that it was not like this in the First Century? It is been said today that there is over 35k different denominations today and just to think it all began with just one on the Day of Pentecost. I cannot help but wonder if this does not break the very heart of God knowing man and the ideal of following Christ has broken off into so many different groups.
